Culture Ambassador
The position of Culture Ambassadors is to engage proactively with colleagues and teams to share messages and lead activities that illustrate our values. Ambassadors must be committed to our culture, diversity and inclusion, action oriented, drivers of engagement, role models for others, effective communicators, change advocates, and strong collaborators.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and take part in monthly activities and programs, including on site and virtual events to ensure all members can engage in and enhance our culture.
- Communicate key culture messages in Townhalls, team meetings, chats, and emails.
- Share opportunities with other colleagues to enhance the culture across our company based on observations, interactions, and experiences.
- Serve as a catalyst for change and remain optimistic about the future of T&C.
- Welcome new colleagues and help influence their experience to best acclimate them to our culture.
- Bring together various employee groups, and help support T&C's Core Purpose, To Enable Success.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- 12 month term
- 5 hours per month availability
- Approved by manager to participate
- Must remain in good standings with job responsibilities/ performance
- Must have 80% attendance with the bi-weekly CA meetings
- If unable to attend a meeting, notice must be given to the Director of Culture and Engagement
