2025 Leadership Empowerment Program Application

Program Overview

As our business grows, talent development and investment in our people have never been more important, and our goal as a company is to provide avenues of growth and advancement for all employees. The Leadership Empowerment Program (LEP) is designed to cultivate the leadership skills of employees at all levels within the organization. The program focuses on enhancing strategic thinking, decision-making, and interpersonal skills necessary for effective leadership. The LEP is structured to provide participants with a comprehensive learning experience through workshops, mentorship, real-world projects, and continuous feedback.

Eligibility Requirements

LEP is open to all T&C employees that meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. At least one (1) year of service must be completed.
2. Be in good standing and free from any corrective action as part of the corrective action process in the last 6 months. Be meeting or exceeding departmental quality standards.
3. Supervisor approval to participate in the program.
4. Submission of completed application along with an updated copy of resume.
5. Employees selected for the program will be required to sign a program acknowledgement form

Application Process

Complete the following application questions. Your responses may be as brief or expansive as you like. As mentioned above, all applicants must obtain supervisor approval. You will want to review your application with your supervisor. Applications will be accepted through January 17th.

Selection Process

Applicants will be selected for an interview by Leadership Empowerment Program Management. The selected applicants will move onto an interview with the Program Managers.
